1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SolTecSol web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

SolTecSol provides AI-generated product descriptions based on user input via URL, barcode, or manual entry. The Service is intended to assist users in creating editorial content for product listings.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy, legality, and branding compliance of any content generated.
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.
• Avoiding misleading, infringing, or unauthorized use of third-party trademarks or copyrighted material.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SolTecSol does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.
• Compliance of generated content with legal or regulatory standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolTecSol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from:

• Use or misuse of the Service.
• Reliance on generated content.
• Third-party claims related to your product listings.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input data. By using the Service, you grant SolTecSol a non-exclusive license to process and generate content based on your input. All technology, algorithms, and software used in the Service remain the property of SolTecSol.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing.
• Impersonate brands or imply unauthorized affiliation.
• Circumvent legal obligations or misrepresent product origin.

8. Termination

SolTecSol reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, as applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

SolTecSol may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
